The following just came across the San Mateo County Alert System (SMC Alert; you can join it online). Emphasis added and a minor formatting error in the Spanish language version corrected.

On order of the health officer, gatherings of more than 50 individuals are prohibited in San Mateo County effective 12:01 a.m. Sunday, March 15, 2020. Gatherings between 10 and 50 individuals are prohibited unless specific mitigation measures are taken: 

• The space in which the gathering is held must accommodate social distancing by allowing all attendees to stand or sit at least six feet from any other attendee;
• Proper hand hygiene and sanitation material must be readily available to all persons at all times, including soap and waste receptacles. If soap and water are not available, alcohol-based hand sanitizer can be used.
• Persons hosting gatherings must alert prospective attendees at least 24 hours prior to the gathering that gatherings pose a heightened risk of COVID-19 transmission, and that older adults and individuals with existing health conditions are at particularly serious risk if they contract COVID-19 and should not attend;
• Persons hosting gatherings must clean surfaces with disinfecting wipes or other standard cleaners before, during, and after the event

Por orden del funcionario de salud, las reuniones de más de 50 personas están prohibidas en el condado de San Mateo a partir de las 12:01 a.m. del domingo 15 de marzo de 2020. Se prohíben las reuniones entre 10 y 50 personas a menos que se tomen medidas de mitigación específicas:

• El espacio en el que se lleva a cabo la reunión debe acomodar el distanciamiento social al permitir que todos los asistentes se paren o se sienten al menos a seis pies de cualquier otro asistente;
• El material adecuado de higiene de manos y saneamiento debe estar fácilmente disponible para todas las personas en todo momento, incluidos los recipientes de jabón y desechos.  Si no hay agua y jabón disponibles, se puede usar un desinfectante para manos a base de alcohol.
• Las personas que organizan reuniones deben alertar a los posibles asistentes al menos 24 horas antes de la reunión de que las reuniones presentan un mayor riesgo de transmisión de COVID-19, y que los adultos mayores y las personas con afecciones de salud existentes corren un riesgo particularmente grave si contraen COVID-19 y deben  no asistir
• Las personas que organizan reuniones deben limpiar las superficies con toallitas desinfectantes u otros limpiadores estándar antes, durante y después del evento.
