This is the second of several extracts from the State of the City address I gave last March which I’ll be posting.
This one focuses on how development decisions are made, how development policies are set, and advice on when community members can have the most impact on future developments in the city.

The Brown Act prohibits a quorum of us from discussing City policies outside a public meeting. Since I have no way of knowing how many of you may or may not come here, it’s best if you do not surf this site.
