Over at The Boiling Frog, Seth and I recently published our 19th podcast, on voting rights. As we do with all our podcasts, we ended that one by offering suggestions about what we all could do to protect what has got to be one of the most important rights in any constitutional democracy, the right to vote.
But it turns out we were a little late with one suggestion, that voting rights be protected via Constitutional amendment.
To learn why that’s the case, and how “clever” judges have been thwarting part of the Constitution, check out this post and the associated article.
