You may have lots of questions about this. However, since we’ve already been threatened with lawsuits involving this matter, please understand that I will not be able to respond. Please also note that I have redacted the attachments to the letter, because many of them highlight the email addresses of residents. While those are a matter of public record — that’s how Turner’s attorneys found them — I don’t want to disclose that information to further public scrutiny. I accept getting angry, vulgar and threatening communications as an unfortunate part of being a public official, but I don’t assume private individuals are willing to accept the same.
